Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Car Ambience: Video & Sound app (the “app”) provided by OriStudios, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). They add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which also governs your use of the app. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA applies. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Safe use in the car
The app shows video on the car screen only after you say you are parked; while driving it plays sound only. You are responsible for using the app safely and lawfully. Never interact with the app in a way that takes your attention from the road, and answer “Parked” only when your vehicle is safely stopped.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app and its scenes on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as allowed by the Standard EULA. You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell or publicly display the scenes, or try to extract them from the app.
Content
Scenes include material from third parties, such as Pixabay, used under their licences. We may add, change or remove scenes and moods at any time.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may be offered as in-app purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Availability
The app needs an internet connection to play scenes. We work to keep it running smoothly but do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every car or CarPlay system.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms or the Standard EULA.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
